We are extremely pleased that the host for this session is current ITV1 Central television presenter Arti Halai. Communication lies at the heart of everything that Arti does and she fully understands the importance of getting the message right and delivering it effectively. While studying for her diploma in stress counselling and management Arti also gained a real insight into how different organisations operate and their management styles.

The session will be informal, engaging and fun, but also very productive. You will be encouraged to take action through a series of simple exercises and also to share your own ideas and experiences with others.

Hopefully by learning about the achievements, challenges, skills and working styles of others, you will develop a better understanding of your own purpose and goals and feel more empowered to take control of your future.
