What was nicest about this was that it was offered to us, rather than me requesting it. The studio staff are wonderful. It is refreshing to go to a venue where staff are proactive rather than reactive. It makes my job so much easier to do. "

"Dawn dealt with our initial enquiry and was excellent and very knowledgeable about the studio understanding quickly what we wanted to achieve. We visited the day before and met Becky your event manager and Richard duty manager and went through our needs and requirements, this was all ready for us on arrival at 8.30am the next morning, however our last minute changes we dealt with quickly and with no fuss by Mike.
The food was amazing and all timings worked perfectly. We would definitely use the studio again, it has it all, a great quirky venue, accommodating staff who know their stuff and deliver excellent customer service. The team made the event stress free and nothing was too much trouble. I've dealt with lots of venues over the last 5 years and The Studio has definitely been one of the easiest, friendliest and most professional"

Hansa regularly travels around the country providing training and speaking at seminars and said she has never encountered a venue such as yours.
The customer service was exceptional, your staff were incredibly respectful and efficient and the food was amazing. Some of the participants informed Hansa that were daunted by the content of her course but they said the warm reception they received along with the muffins and refreshments and the ambience of the 'relax' room immediately made them feel at ease, so your venue provides so much more than just a meeting facility.
