top tips for a regular save…

Get sensible with your numbers…

Always base your booking on a realistic minimum number of guests attending – this avoids cancellation charges if delegate numbers reduce or your booking has to cancel in full and makes sure you are allocated to the most suitable room.

Be flexible..

Midweek is our busiest time and Tues, Wed, Thurs are often in high demand….. if you are flexible with your arrival day we can offer great rates, especially during school holidays – Just ask! This can also apply to your room set up, for example using theatre style instead of cabaret can reduce the size of room required and often mean you save more.
