menu is specifically designed to be high in amino acids
and low in carbohydrates which increase the neuro-transmitters
to the brain, encouraging concentration, alertness and
energy! The day’s nutrition is focused to encourage
learning and concentration avoiding high sugar and high
carbohydrates.
